Yes, you can upgrade your pass at any time by paying the difference in price. Simply visit our reception desk or contact our support team. Upgrades are valid for the current visit only and cannot be carried forward.

Absolutely! Groups of 10 or more receive a 15% discount on all passes. Corporate groups and school trips can avail special customized packages. Contact our events team at groups@pixelversearena.com for custom quotes.

Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled slot for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable. Membership plans have a separate cancellation policy — please refer to the terms and conditions.

Yes! Gift passes are available for all plans and make the perfect present for gamers. Gift passes can be purchased online or at our venue and come in a specially designed digital card that can be printed or shared via email.
